We’re well above zero degrees all this week, the snow is going, hopefully for the last time, and our thoughts lightly turn toward seeds and growing things. Here at 963 we are still working our way through the harvest from 18 or so tomato plants that I ended up with last season. Which begs the question, how much spaghetti sauce can people eat?
And since it’s almost time to start tomatoes indoors again (or is it past time already?), now is when we need to put our heads together and plan the vegetable boxes for the summer. Potatoes? Tomatoes? Cosmo purple carrots? Lettuce? Spinach? What?
